Prologue

Ancient Times.

An era when beings called gods existed in the world.

A time when humans were but one of the many livestock scattered across the continent, or merely toys for the gods.

“Humans are not toys.”

A single human rose up against the gods.

[You insignificant mutant.]

[Mana? Do you dare defy the gods with such a paltry trick?]

The human called a mutant.

He was strong, but he could not withstand the authority of the gods that poured down like a barrage.

[You shall not receive the blessing of oblivion.]

[You shall live in frozen time.]

[Spend eons of time in agony.]

As he was sealed within a cold blade, the human roared.

“Detestable bastards.”

If the day ever comes when this seal is broken.

“I will tear every last one of you bastards to shreds!”
