Love Ballad of the Tyrant King

Its good and its disappointing at the same time. Main character and his friends seem relatively interesting, and their path to world domination could be legit fun to watch. Certain sentences gives the black wind troupe vibe from other stories (unorthodox group with supreme skill but wasnt evil)..... and then you slowly realize its not really a martial arts story? its a hybrid romance. I'm not sure how things are going to go, but its leaning towards a romance with martial arts story as the setting..... instead of a martial ... more>> arts story with a romance in it. also... I could be wrong but orthodox tournaments are supposed to be nonlethal where mistakes happen..... and yet no one seems to give a crap when our MC kills his opponents in the ring. orthodox guys get a bad name for bein pretentious and self righteous, they strut around showing off, act better then you, but they can get killed by street tr*sh cause they dont normally fight to the death... but no one cares in this story when multiple famous orthodox types die... <<less
