Reading up to the latest mtl chapters, I can say this sht cute as hell bro. Mc's daughters (the centipedes) are the cutest. Ok, so MC is a poisonous/venomous insect and animal streamer and he dies, and gets reincarnated in murim world. There, he lived by himself in the mountains with insects and animals that he found. After about three years, people from the Tang clan found him while searching for the blue centipede. Sht happens, and the he gets into arranged marriage with the daughter of the patriarch. Also very early romance, but first kiss happens like 180 chaps in Great in-laws What to expect from the story: The whole story is MC getting the ten venomous creatures, and developing his relationship with them. So the MC is always going places to search for these animals, so expect a lot of adventuring. There is a main villain or rather villains but the main focus isn't really about MC getting super strong and destroying them. And I really like the romance. They're pretty much a married couple with kids so they never have alone time, but still a lot of fluff moments. The only gripes I have about this series is some dragged out arc, the power scaling kinda sucks, and a pretty s*upid resolution for one of the major villain. All in all, this sht is a breath of fresh air from all the murim and aura-farming mtls I've been reading. <<less

the story is good, not really harem seeker MC for now, just bug type pokemon collector, lol... still the knowledge between earth and the murim world is overlapping, while the knowledge is match-able, but some is forced... i came for the novel from the manhwa one, so yeah, the char potrait is quite good one for me... the minus from translating part is juat bearable, it's kinda machine translation with some grammar fix, still not too much good, some confusing, and not match description, like you get a beautiful lady with title of ... more>> king ? well it's decent translation, and you can still understand the meaning, while it can be improve further.. <<less

A very interesting start, the character seems to be well written, and the world is well done. The MC doesn't seem to be OP right from the start. There are some confusing elements but not quite plot hole level, maybe I just don't understand the translation. It seems to be a unique take on the Murim story, with him preferring poisonous animals over cultivation.

The story somehow makes the creatures look cute through the mc's perspective. It's interesting.
About releases tho, KariMTL took down the translation for this novel (for reasons) and for many other novels as well. Edit: As of 14/6/24, the translations are back! ヾ (≧▽≦*) O Not anymore :/

The biggest issue so far is the translation, which honestly leaves something to be desired. It doesn't reach machine translation levels, but still requires a bit of perseverance. The story follows a young man who ends up helping a member of the Tang family, a family of martial artists and cultivators specialized in poisons. The protagonist is a lover of venomous animals and possesses modern knowledge on how to care for and breed these poisonous creatures in captivity. REALLY good start IMO. I look forward to reading more. The setup all seems to be there to me to make for a great novel. Might be worth waiting to binge, but I will be trying to keep up with this one. Also, my first time reading by the translator KariMTL. I would like to express that thus far the translation has been perfect (at least in my limited view).
